Are you passionate about supporting young people aged 14–18 and helping them develop skills for life? Anglesey Explorer Scout Unit, based at 2nd Chasetown Scout Group, is looking for enthusiastic Explorer Team Members to help lead and inspire our Explorer Scout Unit.
This rewarding volunteer role is at the heart of delivering an exciting and engaging programme for Explorer Scouts. As an Explorer Team Member, you’ll provide leadership and support to a team of volunteers, helping to create a safe, inclusive and adventurous environment where young people can challenge themselves, build confidence and develop lifelong skills.
You don’t need previous Scouting experience, just enthusiasm, strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting young people and fellow volunteers. You’ll work alongside your leadership team, parents and the wider Scout District to deliver a varied programme of activities, camps and adventures, while encouraging Explorer Scouts to shape their own experiences and reach their full potential.
